  Hey hey hey guess who is getting chicken parm today ?
  
  Seriously I come to post and update my review so everyone knows it's still the best ! It's tasty every single time .
  They still care about each slice , each and every dish that goes out of the kitchen .
  
  I have a friend who is 100% Italian and he moved here from NJ . He wants to go eat but I told him he is not ready for this . He lives in Granbury and that's a long drive ..... he will live this so much he will be up here 3-4 times a week . Take from me the 1/2 Italian it's that good

  3 stars for service at register.  The pizza itself was good.  Visit 5/18/2019 between 4:40pm and 6pm.
  
  Jose screwed up the pizza order.  When confronted about it, he said it was my sister's fault.  I was right there with a friend when she ordered; we know my sister told this guy in simple English what the pizza should be.  A big guy came over and asked what the problem was.  He said it was an honest mistake.  No.  This was incompetence and our table had to ... wait ... for ... another ... pizza.  If your employee screws up, OWN IT and apologize.  My sister has a medical condition and she needed to eat right then and there; otherwise I would have walked out right then and there.  I don't need this kind of incompetent garbage.
  
  When the pizza finally arrived, my sister was happy; our friend, too.  So, because of them--and the pizza itself--you don't get two stars.

  Sam's pizza probably has the best pizzas in this area. I like that the location is pretty secluded, BUT it does get busy during dinner in the weekends. Now, I usually get the pizza by slice instead of the whole pie since they are pretty big, it's 2.50$ each slice and 0.50$ for each topping you add on. I usually get two slices with two toppings, and that's enough to fill me up, I could go for a third slice if I'm very hungry!! Their pizza is not too thin, not too thick--just perfect for my preference!! The wait time for my food is about 10-15 mins, they bake it fresh for you so it's pipping hot when you get them!! They don't taste mediocre or basic...Also they are not greasy which is a huge plus!!!
  
  The service: you order at the counter--quick and easy. If you dine in, then you don't pay until after you eat, so you can keep ordering and it's just like keeping the tab open at the bar. Overall, the only "complain" I have is the topping costs a bit more than average. It was 18$ for 4 slices and 2 drinks for me and my bf, i would skip the drinks and just get water to get more pizza!

  This place was delicious and great customer service. You walk in and order, grab your drinks and sit and wait they bring your food right to you. I had the chicken Alfredo it was ok, a little bland. But the pizza was amazing! So delicious . We had a slice of the stuffed spinach, a medium pepperoni and they were so good! My husband ordered an Italian sub and it was so amazing, authentic Italian sub!
  Now the pasta needed flavor, it had great creaminess and it was a good portion but a little bland. Upside they bring you complimentary bread, while you wait for your food, they have a great menu and you can bring your own wine! BYOB baby!
  The restaurant is located in old town cedar hill, cute little town , it was so beautiful. Can't wait to go back for the pizza tho. And due to the great service they get 5 stars ! See y'all soon!

  Made it back to Sam's. I brought my daughter from college at LSU to show her the best pizza in DFW. We ordered half meat lovers and half supreme and garlic bread knot's.
